1. How do I register for your class?

2. What is the main textbook that you use?
Conversation English Volumes 1 - 4 & TOEIC English written by Paul

3. Do you offer group lessons?
Yes. I often work with small groups.

4. When can I start my lessons?
As soon as the first initial assessment has been made to work out your level of English.

5. Can Paul come to my home to give the lessons?
Paul can be flexible. He can either come to your office or house but prefers students to come to LEARN ENGLISH MANILA. Travel fees need to be added to the price if Paul comes to your house or office.

6. Do you teach English with an American, Australian or British Accent?
Paul teaches standard British English. However, he highlights the differences among the various English accents  i.e. Australian English, American English and Asian English.

7. Can you teach at my company?
Yes. We can come either to your home or to your company.

8.Can I choose my class material?
Yes you can choose what class material you would like to study.

9. How long are your private English lessons?
The class times vary from 1 hour to 2 hours per day.

10. How does Phone English work?
Contact Paul by email and arrange a 5 minute trial lesson. If you like the lesson and would like to continue your classes with Paul we will arrange times and dates for your Phone English lessons. You will be sent all lesson material and recieve a monthly report on your progress.

11. How will you charge me for Phone English lessons?
We'll charge you a fixed rate for every session. There's a minimum of 8 classes a month. All lessons are to be paid using PAYPAL. Receipts available for all payments. Please contact us at +62 (0) 2 887 0047or by clicking rates for more information.

12. Who pays the phone bill?
LEARN ENGLISH IN MANILA include the cost of calling your landline for every session.

13.Can you call me on my cell phone?
Yes. However, we have been forced to charge a toll for this service. The cost of lessons with calls to mobile phones increases by up to 30% depending on the country you are living in. Due to the fact that the lesson lasts 25 minutes, we recommend using a hands-free headset as well. For your safety, you are strongly encouraged not to study English while driving, except (again, using the headset or speakerphone) when you completely stop the car.

16. Who takes your Classes? Where are your students from?
Our students are international from all over the world, mainly South Korea, Japan & Singapore.

17. I don’t speak English well. Can I still study at your school?
Yes, you can.  You will be given an assessment test before you start in order for us to provide you with appropriate level of instruction.

18. How do you bill?
Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Wire transfer.
